With the automotive revolution upon us, our potential clients range from car manufacturers, auto dealers, online car sales platforms, to ride-hailing companies.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly strategic Logistics Analyst to help improve vehicle flow across our transportation network through better consolidation, relay planning, storage utilization, and operational problem-solving.This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in car hauling or freight brokerage, especially someone who understands how to solve difficult coverage challenges, improve load planning, and create smarter movement strategies across lower-density or harder-to-serve markets.The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who understands logistics brokerage operations and knows how to turn difficult shipments into executable movement plans. This person should be comfortable analyzing lanes, identifying inefficiencies, working with multiple departments, and creating practical strategies that improve service, carrier utilization, and profitability.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in car hauling or freight brokerage is required. 5+ years of experience in operations planning, process improvement, and problem-solving is required. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of transportation brokerage operations, carrier networks, lane coverage, pricing, and load execution. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges in fast-moving logistics environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, pricing, and technology teams. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop vehicle bundling opportunities to improve route efficiency and maximize carrier utilization. Build operational plans for difficult-to-cover loads, especially in low-density or hard-to-service markets. Monitor network imbalances, lane density, carrier availability, and market coverage challenges to support better planning decisions. Design and implement movement strategies that balance service performance, operational feasibility, and cost efficiency. Evaluate difficult lanes and recommend solutions that improve execution, coverage, and profitability. Partner with internal teams to support multi-step routing plans, temporary storage strategies, and long-term network improvements. Provide market and planning insights to support effective pricing strategies. Collaborate across departments to ensure routing, pricing, carrier coverage, and customer expectations are aligned.
