This role provides coordination and analytical support for logistics planning, customs compliance, and regional operations while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, regional subsidiaries, and external partners. This position also works with global teams, including Korea headquarters, to support logistics strategies, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and regulatory compliance. This is an individual contributor role suited for a detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in logistics, operations, customs processes, and cross-border trade within a multinational corporate environment.What You'll Be DoingEssential Functions (include but are not limited to):Import/Export Compliance & Customs ManagementEnsure compliance with U.S. import/export regulations, CBP requirements, and company policiesManage customs clearance processes and coordinate with brokers and freight forwardersPrepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, B/L, etc.)Utilize CBP systems (ACE, CTPAT) for filings and compliance trackingMonitor regulatory changes and maintain audit-ready recordsLogistics Operations & Vendor ManagementCoordinate logistics vendors, including carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLsTrack shipments and resolve delays, damages, or clearance issuesMonitor and evaluate vendor performance related to cost, service, and delivery timelinesSupport logistics contract review, renewal, and compliance with service agreementsIdentify cost-saving and service improvement opportunitiesAdditional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support regional subsidiaries with logistics and trade compliance processesCollaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, operations) to support supply chain efficiencyCoordinate with Korea HQ and global teams on logistics-related projectsAnalyze logistics data and KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunitiesSupport process standardization and implementation of best practices across regionsGenerate reports using SAP, Excel, and other toolsQualifications, Skills and Experience: What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related fieldRequirements:3-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance rolesExperience in logistics contract management, customs operations, orWorking knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (CBP), HTS classification, IncotermsExperience with logistics vendors (freight forwarders, brokers, 3PLs)Proficiency in SAP (SD/MM preferred) and advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset with strong commitment to compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvementExperience with ACE, CTPAT, or similar trade compliance systems preferredExperience collaborating with Korea headquarters and global subsidiaries preferredAbility to communicate effectively with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholdersWork EnvironmentThe working conditions (including the general work environment, and table with physical/mental demands) in this job description reflect the typical conditions you can expect while performing the essential functions of this job.
