We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct and coordinate with client and financial management outsourcing staff for timely and accurate monthly finance and accounting servicesProvide technical expertise for US GAAP requirementsParticipate in the development and maintenance of accounting systems to facilitate efficient operation and financial management of clients across various industriesPerform detailed reviews of periodic client-use only and compiled financial statements and supporting schedulesLiaison on behalf of the client with external auditors and internal decision makersFoster proactive working relationships with clients and cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of information required for financial reportingSupport business development efforts by participating in prospect meetings, calculating pricing, and drafting engagement lettersGuide and support the onboarding of new clients including client and staff training, allocation of resources and client work assignments.Drive staff consultant and senior consultant career and skills development by actively engaging with them as their Performance CoachRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in all facets of accounting and finance including GL, AP, AR, PR, budgeting/forecasting and reconciliationsDemonstrated success supporting professional services clients in an outsourced or consulting capacityStrong analytical and accounting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient at understanding and analyzing complex operating agreements.Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverablesWell versed and certified in multiple accounting software including QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero or Intacct; able to shift from one to anotherProficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPreferred QualificationsExperience setting up and implementing systems and procedures a plusCPA or CMA license"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. For Illinois residents and New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $97,100 - $163,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
