This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain significant experience in a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes personal development and community involvement. ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Handle all aspects of trust, probate, and conservatorship administration from start to finish.Court Appearances: Represent clients in probate court hearings, including those related to trust and conservatorship matters.Legal Drafting: Prepare a variety of legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, correspondence, and motions.Discovery: Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and requests for production.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates and advice.Research: Conduct legal research to support case strategies and court filings.Litigation: Support senior attorneys in trust and probate litigation matters.QualificationsExperience: 1-3 years of experience in trust, probate, and conservatorship law.Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensure: Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
