Associate Attorney - Real Estate & Healthcare (Transactional + Some Litigation)

*Job Summary:* Are you an ambitious attorney looking to move beyond the "document mill" and actually help build a practice? I am a solo practitioner seeking a dedicated Associate to join my growing firm. Our work is specialized, with a heavy focus on the legal and operational aspects of healthcare facilities. This is a unique "ground floor" opportunity to work directly with the principal on sophisticated transactions while also helping to build out our emerging litigation practice.
