About the RoleThe Group Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within the Finance and Risk divisions, including Managing Directors and Global Heads across financial planning, controllership, treasury, risk management, and related corporate functions. This role requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and organizational expertise. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The Group EA will ensure the seamless execution of daily priorities, anticipate needs, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and service.ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Calendar Management Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior executives across Finance and Risk.Manage complex and dynamic calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings.Anticipate and proactively resolve scheduling challenges while maintaining professionalism and flexibility.Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, financial documents, and background information.Communication & Liaison Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a polished and professional communication style.Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports with strong attention to accuracy and detail.Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling highly sensitive, confidential, or regulatory-related information.Travel & Event Coordination Arrange and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and meeting logistics.Coordinate internal events such as leadership meetings, committee sessions, risk reviews, and team offsites.Ensure seamless travel execution and timely reconciliation of related expenses.Expense Management & Administrative Operations Prepare, process, and reconcile executive and departmental expense reports in accordance with firm policies.Track, monitor, and maintain accurate records of expenses, budgets, and reimbursements.Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.Support department-wide initiatives, meeting coordination, and communications across Finance and Risk teams.Team Coordination & Business Support Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless operational support across the Finance and Risk organizations.Partner with internal teams such as HR, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support cross-functional needs.Anticipate executive and team requirements, providing proactive solutions to improve productivity and workflow.Uphold a professional presence and serve as a role model for discretion, reliability, and teamwork. QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate, investment banking, or financial services environment. Experience within Finance, Risk, or other corporate functions preferred.Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Concur or similar expense management systems required.Organization: Exceptional prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.Professionalism: Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.Adaptability: Flexible, proactive, and able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. Preferred SkillsProven success supporting multiple executives across a complex or matrixed organization.Experience within Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Functions, or Capital Markets environments.Strong business acumen and familiarity with financial or risk-related terminology and workflows.A self-starter with the initiative to anticipate needs and take ownership of outcomes.Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset and exceptional attention to detail. Base salary: Starting at $90,000, plus bonusThe actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).We do not accept unsolicited resumes, candidate referrals, or outreach from third-party recruiters or staffing agencies.
