Patient Liaison – High-Volume Multispecialty CareMadison Medical | Madison, NJ | Full-Time, In-PersonSalary: $55,000–$60,000Madison Medical is a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice delivering out-of-network care across sports medicine, medical wellness, and rehabilitation. We operate in a high-volume environment with a focus on coordination, efficiency, and patient experience.We are seeking a Patient Liaison to manage and coordinate care across multiple specialties. This role sits at the center of patient flow, provider schedules, and operational execution.What you will do:• Coordinate high-volume patient scheduling across multiple providers and services• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey• Manage check-in, intake, and follow-up across overlapping care plans• Align communication between clinical and administrative teams• Educate patients on insurance, out-of-network expectations, and financial processes• Coordinate referrals and ensure accurate, timely documentation• Track patient progress and maintain continuity of careWork schedule:• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (split shifts)• Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating)Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.What we expect:• Ability to manage high patient volume with accuracy and speed• Strong organization across multiple workflows and priorities• Clear, professional communication in fast-paced settings• Consistent reliability and punctuality• Ownership of patient outcomes and operational flowWhat you bring:• 2+ years in high-volume, patient-facing healthcare settings• Experience coordinating care across multiple specialties• Strong understanding of insurance and out-of-network models• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft toolsWhat we offer:• 401(k)• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off• Tuition reimbursement• Performance-based growth• Free parkingWe use AI and automation to support coordination and efficiency.
