Sr IT Business Analyst - Cloud Experience

Overview We're Actively Seeking Qualified Candidates For The Following Position: Sr IT Business Analyst with Cloud Experience. Contract Role. W2 only. No C2C. Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in office. Possible Office Locations: Duluth GA; San Antonio TX; Minneapolis, MN. Possible remote for a proven candidate with the key skills. Pay rate: Up to $65/hr (DOQ). Key Responsibilities Business Analyst (BA) needs to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders by analyzing data, business processes, and systems to recommend solutions for improved efficiency and profitability. Gather requirements, document processes, and support project implementation. Require strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and functional requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets, market trends, and financial reports using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to provide actionable insights. Process Improvement: Evaluate current operational procedures and systems to identify areas for optimization. Solution Evaluation: Assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions, such as new software or workflow changes. Communication & Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical teams (IT) and business units to ensure project goals are met. Project Support: Assist in project management, planning, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery. Functional Skills: Analyze data and trends to develop recommendations to solve business problems. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's degree. Years' Experience Required: 3-5 years (at least). Experience includes: Connecting business requirements and data with use cases to improve products, processes, and services; collaborating with BRM, business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop and document business requirements for product or system changes. Must be able to adapt to changes and manage uncertainty. Must consistently and accurately create, collect, organize, and catalog business processes/flow documentation. Technical familiarity: ACD, IVR, CTI, Cloud Telephony Technology; understanding systems and software concepts; familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies. Communication And Influence: Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors both verbally and with proper documentation; exchange information to influence decision-making.
