Business Systems Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for owning, implementing, and optimizing core business software systems while supporting sales, marketing, and operational teams across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, a high level of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The analyst serves as a key driver of system adoption, process automation, and data accuracy, ensuring tools and workflows effectively support business objectives.Business Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities:Systems Implementation & EnablementChampion adoption and consistent usage of multiple enterprise software systems across the organizationLead implementation of new software platforms in collaboration with site-level teams, maintaining full ownership from rollout through long-term adoptionServe as a subject matter expert for business systems, providing guidance, best practices, and continuous improvementReporting & Data IntegrityDeliver and validate internal reports and dashboards for stakeholdersEnsure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of data prior to external distributionCollaborate with internal clients to confirm reporting requirements, definitions, and insightsProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify, design, and implement opportunities to automate and streamline business processesReduce manual work and inefficiencies through thoughtful system configuration and workflow improvementsDocument processes and system logic to support scalability and knowledge transferSales & Marketing SupportDeliver sales enablement through system training, workflow optimization, and ongoing user supportAssist with digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns (eBlasts), CRM marketing tools, and social media platform onboardingSupport alignment between sales, marketing, and operational systems to ensure clean handoffs and accurate dataTechnical Support & CollaborationTroubleshoot technical issues quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining a supportive and user-focused approachWork across departments on a wide variety of operational, technical, and strategic projectsServe as a trusted internal partner with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindsetBusiness Operations Analyst Qualifications:RequiredIn-person work environment at the Great Lakes Corporate office.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and manage new software platforms & understand AI capabilities.Experience training, onboarding, and supporting non-technical users.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.PreferredExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and data validation.Experience building automations through Workflows, ETL.Benefits:Paid Vacation and Sick TimePaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysHealthcare Benefits401(k) Match
