Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Owner and team to help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date.Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working without guidance, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. If this sounds like you, apply below!Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for calls, client inquiries, and new leadsManage calendars, schedule meetings, and support team coordinationMaintain and organize project documentation, work orders, and filing systemsCoordinate vendor onboarding, track orders/returns, and assist with material sourcing and researchPerform data entry and job tracking in Project Management software and CRMSupport office operations, including errands, deliveries, and general organizationAssist with basic bookkeeping, social media content creation, and other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Experience in admin or construction/project coordination preferredStrong organization, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (JobTread is a plus)Basic bookkeeping knowledgeAbility to work independently and adapt quicklyAbout Company:Aaron and Co is a small but dynamic design and remodeling firm dedicated to delivering high-quality residential projects.
