Technical Project & Process Manager - eCommerce OperationsReli. is a dynamic eCommerce company experiencing rapid year-over-year growth via selling on Amazon, Walmart, our own Shopify store, and eBay. We currently service 10,000+ orders daily across our eCommerce marketplaces, with over 1,500,000+ unique customers such as Marvel, Dominos, and Lululemon.We are seeking a Technical Project & Process Manager - eCommerce Operations to serve as both an execution owner and a systems architect for how cross-functional work operates.This role is equally responsible for:Delivering medium-scale, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, andDesigning, standardizing, and optimizing the operational systems that make execution predictable and scalableYou will not only drive projects to completion, but you will also refine workflows, ownership structures, documentation standards, and governance rhythms that determine how effectively teams execute. This is not a coordination-only or PMO role. It requires strong systems thinking, operational judgment, and the ability to release measurable improvements that reduce friction and increase execution clarity.Intentional and responsible use of AI tools to accelerate planning, documentation, and analysis is expected, with full accountability for outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Project Ownership & DeliveryOwn cross-functional eCommerce initiatives from planning through launchTranslate ambiguity into clear scopes, timelines, dependencies, and risksSurface tradeoffs and capacity constraints early with recommendationsEnsure launches are well-communicated and stabilized post-releaseMaintain disciplined execution hygiene (clear DRIs, decision logs, scope control)Process Architecture & OptimizationAudit cross-team workflows to identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, and rework driversDesign and release standardized execution frameworks, SOPs, and planning templatesDefine and track measurable process KPIs (cycle time, throughput, rework, escalation frequency, planning accuracy)Drive early adoption and iterative improvement of new processesStrengthen governance rhythms and evolve the operating model as the company scalesCommunication, Documentation & AI-Enabled ExecutionDeliver concise, executive-ready status updates and risk summariesFacilitate meetings with clear agendas and documented outcomesMaintain a reliable single source of truth for plans and decisionsUse AI tools to increase speed and clarity while maintaining quality, judgment, and ownershipQualifications & Experience:RequiredBachelor's degree in a technical or quantitatively rigorous field5-8+ years in technical project, program, or operational management rolesProven experience in independently delivering cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated experience redesigning workflows or improving operational systems (not solely timeline management)Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilityClear written and verbal communication skillsComfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsResponsible use of AI tools to enhance execution qualityPreferredeCommerce experienceTechnical PM, software, data, or automation backgroundExperience in establishing execution frameworks or operating modelsFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodsPMP or similar certificationTools & Skills:Project & workflow tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, etc.)KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and bottleneck analysisDocumentation and SOP creationAI tools for planning and analysisStrong prioritization, tradeoff analysis, and structured problem-solvingWhat Success Looks Like:Within 3-6 MonthsIndependently managing multiple cross-functional initiativesDelivering measurable process improvements with defined KPIs and documented releasesIncreasing planning consistency and DRI clarity across teamsReducing cycle time, rework, or execution variance in at least one workflowLowering leadership intervention through stronger systems and governanceWithin 9-12 MonthsEstablishing durable execution standards adopted across major initiativesImproving delivery predictability and cross-team coordinationDemonstrably reducing execution friction, escalations, and workflow inefficienciesComprehensive Benefits:Paid Time Off (Vacation, etc.): 15 Days PTO to Start + 1 additional day per year working at Reli.10 Paid Holidays in addition to PTOHybrid Work ScheduleRegular Team Happy Hours/EventsEmployer Matching for 401(k)Life InsuranceHealth Care (Medical, Vision, Dental) - Blue Shield PPO or HMO Medical InsuranceWellness stipend of $260 per month for mental and physical well-beingCulture & Values:Expect an upbeat culture that celebrates wins and supports happiness.
