Health Safety Environment Advisor

PositionWe are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support HSE compliance across international operations within a fast-paced construction and engineering environment.This position will work closely with external safety consultants, helping to coordinate compliance activities, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with external HSE providers and consultantsAssist with audits, inspections, and compliance programmesSupport the implementation of company safety procedures and standardsPrepare and review RAMS and related documentationMaintain risk registers and monitor corrective actionsSupport incident investigations and reporting processesDeliver and track toolbox talks and safety communicationsPromote a strong health & safety culture across teams and projectsRequirementsPrevious experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering, or a related sectorNEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualificationGood understanding of HSE legislation and compliance standardsExperience with risk assessments and incident managementStrong organisational and communication skills
