Kitchen Manager Longfellow Hotel Twinflower Caf & The 5 of ClubsThe Longfellow Hotel is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our dynamic, dual-concept culinary program. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate two distinct dining experiences under one roofeach with its own energy, purpose, and guest experience.By day, Twinflower Caf is rooted in nourishmentfocusing on whole foods, thoughtful sourcing, and balanced, nutrient-rich plates that support overall wellness.By night, the space transforms into The 5 of Clubs, where we embrace indulgenceoffering elevated, flavor-forward dishes that highlight local ingredients and bring a sense of occasion to every service.As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations while helping define and evolve both concepts. You will have the creative freedom to develop new menu items, contribute ideas, and collaborate closely with our Food & Beverage Manager, bar program, and other hotel outlets.
