The ideal candidate is a systems-minded problem solver who can analyze complex environments, translate technical understanding into clear requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing AT&T systems, architectures, and operational workflows to gain a deep understanding of functional and technical behavior.Develop, document, and maintain system requirements, interface specifications, and technical deliverables in alignment with SOW expectations.Work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and traceable.Translate business needs and network objectives into actionable engineering requirements.Support system design reviews, technical discussions, and solution validation activities.Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies within system architectures and propose mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with AT&T standards, telecom protocols, and industry best practices.Provide technical input for project planning, timelines, and deliverable tracking.Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system performance assessments as needed.Required QualificationsTelecommunications industry experience is mandatory, ideally with exposure to AT&T systems, standards, or network environments.Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as wireless networks, transport systems, IP networking, OSS/BSS, or related domains.Proven ability to write clear, structured, and technically accurate system requirements.Ability to interpret system diagrams, architecture documents, and technical specifications.Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.Background in systems engineering frameworks (INCOSE, MBSE, requirements management tools).Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.You quickly understand complex telecom systems and can articulate requirements clearly.Thank you,HarishTalent AcquisitionDirect: 7326946000*788J-18808-Ljbffr
