The incumbent will report to the General Manager. The Dispatcher/Bus Backer is responsible for ensuring on-time departures and arrivals, and maintaining effective communication between drivers, passengers, and station personnel. Also, assisting drivers with safely maneuvering motor coaches in tight spaces, particularly within station loading areas. This role is critical to delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services.
