This role assists with organizing insights and input to make digital media recommendations inspired by performance benchmarks. The candidate will collaborate with Marketing Content, Operations, and other stakeholders to support project and campaign experiences, meeting timing, investment, and goal expectations while contributing to performance reporting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the delivery of an efficient and unified, omnichannel brand identity experienceAssist with all marketing reporting activities, including weekly and bi-monthly reporting updatesSupport the digital marketing tech-stack management, including but not limited to HubSpotContribute to the paid media planning, deployment, optimization and performance reportingConduct keyword research and on-page optimization to support TAPCO’s SEO, AEO and PPC strategySupport Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, including account and budget managementSet up Marketing Automation workflows triggered by audience behavioral eventsRegularly monitor web traffic, engagement, site speed and other KPIs. Recommend and implement adjustments to improve web performanceCollaborate with marketing, IT, and web developers to make highly technical website updatesAssist with data source integrations and support standards for data governance, tracking, and compliance for unsubscribes, unengaged contacts, and spamSupport the digital marketing team by executing other miscellaneous tasks as neededAdhere to TAPCO Values: Safety First, Fight for the Greater Good, Get Stuff Done, Be Helpful and Figure it OutPerform all other duties as assignedRequired Experience and Knowledge/ Skills/Ability: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field and/or commensurate on-the-job experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience using digital marketing software, such as HubSpotPrior experience using other related digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and SEMRushPrior experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentProven website, marketing automation and accountability skillsBuilds relationships, collaborative team player, able to effectively organize, prioritize, and delegate work effectively within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasksSelf-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to act independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate workflowStrong interpersonal skills with coworkers and managementStrong, effective organizational and communication skills with a meticulous eye for detailAbout UsAt TAPCO, we aim to enhance transportation and personal safety in our communities through innovative solutions and products.
