Field Services Engineer

Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Field Service Engineer in the DFW area.As a Field Service Engineer, you are the face of our brand and the backbone of our US expansion. You won’t just be turning wrenches; you’ll be an essential partner to our customers, ensuring their production lines never miss a beat. We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who thrives on the road and enjoys the challenge of building a direct market presence from the ground up.Primary Territory: Dallas and Houston (with travel to Austin and San Antonio).Your ImpactThe Technical Lead: You will install, calibrate, and maintain our full suite of coding and marking systems, ensuring peak performance at customer sites.The Problem Solver: When a breakdown occurs, you’re the hero. You’ll diagnose complex issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep operations moving.The Brand Ambassador: You’ll build lasting relationships by providing clear communication, expert training, and professional support that earns customer trust.The Logistics Pro: You’ll manage your own service schedule, travel logistics, and detailed service documentation with total autonomy.What You’ll BringTechnical Grit: You have a background in field service, engineering, or a hands-on technical role.
