With locations in Los Angeles, CA, Boulder, CO, and Haslet, TX, we bring science-backed wellness products to consumers nationwide.Summary:This position supports the maintenance organization by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment across manufacturing and facilities. It performs preventive and corrective maintenance, manages CMMS activities, and drives continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability. The role also supports facility upkeep, maintains accurate records, and ensures safe, cGMP-compliant operations.Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production line issues to ensure equipment reliability and process compliance.Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production machinery and support systems to minimize downtime.Manage and enhance Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs using CMMS and reliability best practices.Maintain detailed maintenance records to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in developing and updating SOPs, maintenance plans, and improvement strategies for equipment reliability.Support general facility upkeep including repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and fixtures; perform light painting and touch-ups.Inspect and service building infrastructure and equipment (e.g., filters, dehumidifiers, air handling units, fire extinguishers).Monitor and maintain performance of support systems such as air compressors, dust collectors, and HVAC components.Respond to facility and equipment repair requests promptly; recommend upgrades or external support when needed.Promote a safe, cGMP-compliant work environment by using appropriate PPE and following safety protocols.You'll need the following (minimum qualifications):High School education: HS Diploma or GED preferred, but not requiredMinimum 5 years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience. This can be in lieu of a high school education.3 years of equipment reliability experience (preferred)Experience in a building maintenance/construction environment (highly preferred)PLC Experience (Nice to have).A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $30 to $50. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
