Senior Electrical Engineering Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design of electrical power systems from medium/low voltage switchgear down to IT rack distributionDevelop electrical schematics, system architectures, and detailed technical documentationPerform load calculations, system analysis, and electrical design validationCreate and review 2D/3D models, workshop drawings, and technical specificationsEnsure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), international standards, and internal engineering guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, structural, manufacturing, and site engineersSupport supplier RFQs, material specifications, and technical evaluationsReview engineering submittals, design packages, and technical documentationProvide technical support during fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning phasesParticipate in project kickoff meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessionsTroubleshoot electrical system issues and support continuous design improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or power systems designStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems (low and medium voltage)Knowledge of data center electrical infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, power distribution)Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC)Experience working in cross-functional engineering environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple technical tasks and projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environmentsExperience with Revit, AutoCAD, or EPLANKnowledge of UPS systems, switchgear design, and power distribution designExperience with electrical modeling or simulation toolsTechnical SkillsElectrical system design and analysisPower distribution systems (LV/MV)NEC code complianceRevit / AutoCAD / EPLAN (preferred)Load calculations and system sizingElectrical schematics and documentationData center infrastructure systemsCross-functional engineering collaboration
