This role works closely with both clients and internal engineering teams to identify business needs, recommend effective technical approaches, and help drive successful project execution. Candidates must have prior hands-on development experience and the ability to bridge business and technical communication.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Pre-Sales SupportCommunicate with clients to analyze operational challenges and technical requirementsRecommend appropriate IT solutions based on business objectivesAssist with technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and project estimationsSolution Planning & ArchitectureConduct requirement analysis and system planning sessionsCreate practical and scalable solution architecturesConvert business needs into functional and technical specificationsProject & Delivery CoordinationCollaborate with developers and project teams throughout implementationEvaluate technical feasibility and review proposed designsProvide support during testing, deployment, and post-launch phasesTechnical ContributionUtilize prior software development experience to support solution validationAssist with troubleshooting, proof-of-concept development, and technical decision-makingParticipate in technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholdersQualifications1–3+ years of hands-on software development experience from scratchExperience across the full system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in client-facing or customer-facing rolesExperience preparing proposals and effort estimatesDevelopment experience with Python or .NETTechnical ScopeMicrosoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AzureSQL and database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)J-18808-Ljbffr
