The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, design practical technical solutions, and support implementation. This position requires real-world development experience and is exclusively open to current or former developers.• Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement• Understand client needs and business challenges• Propose practical technical solutions• Support preparation of proposals, demos, and effort estimatesSolution Design• Lead requirement gathering and business analysis• Design scalable and implementable system architectures• Translate business requirements into technical solutionsDelivery Support• Work with development teams to ensure successful delivery• Review technical designs and assess feasibility• Support UAT and go-live activitiesTechnical Involvement• Apply hands-on development experience to validate solutions• Support prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decisions• Qualifications• 1-3+ years of hands-on software development experience from scratch• Experience across the full system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications• Experience in client-facing or customer-facing roles• Experience preparing proposals and effort estimates• Development experience with Python or .NETTechnical Scope• Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure
