Title: GenAI Sr Business AnalystLocation: Chicago, IL - hybrid, 2 days onsite - localsDuration: 6 month contract-to-hire (must be able and willing to convert to full-time after 6 months and not require sponsorship)Must Have:User Story creation - experience in an Agile environmentStrong Genai understandingProject work leveraging LLMs, RAG solutionsStrong communication and cross-functional experienceJob Description:Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, supporting projects in Agile environments, particularly within the application development and technical program management domains, with a focus on AI-driven initiatives.Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to offer consultative guidance and bridge business requirements with engineering and AI development.Generative AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) applications, with experience in how these technologies impact business processes and outcomes.Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proven expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, and driving consensus while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Leadership & Team Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams, aligning their efforts towards project objectives while ensuring the successful and timely delivery of AI solutions.
