Full Stack Developer (Python-Heavy / Backend-Focused)

Overview In this remote, full-time role you will build responsive frontends with ReactJS and drive AI-enabled backend capabilities. You will connect AI agents to services using MCP concepts, shaping agent-driven workflows and tool interactions. You will design scalable Python-based backends (FastAPI/Flask/Django) with robust APIs, security, and performant data access. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features in a production-ready environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive frontend applications using ReactJS (Hooks, state management) to support backend-driven featuresIntegrate AI and LLM-powered capabilities into backend services, including agentic workflows and tool-calling patternsApply MCP concepts to connect AI agents with backend services, APIs, and data sourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on API contracts, data flows, and end-to-end feature deliveryDesign and develop scalable, production-grade backend services using Python frameworks (FastAPI / Flask / Django)Architect, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend microservices with emphasis on performance, reliability, and securityDesign and optimize relational database structures using PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and data modelingImplement robust authentication and authorization frameworks beyond basic JWT, including OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, SSO integrations, session management, token lifecycle, and RBAC/ABAC Key requirementsAI / Agentic AI / MCP: understanding of LLM fundamentals, agentic AI architectures, and MCP; familiarity with LangChain / LangGraph is a plusPython Backend: hands-on experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django, including async patterns, DI, middleware, API versioning, testing, and deploymentDatabases: deep experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server, complex queries, indexing, transactions, ORM (SQLAlchemy / Django ORM), performance tuningAuthentication & Security: expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, secure sessions, API security best practicesRESTful APIs: proven design, build, and integration experience at scaleReactJS (Secondary): practical experience with ReactJS, Hooks, lifecycle, and state management (Redux / Context API)LangChainLangGraphFastAPIFlaskDjangoPostgreSQL
