We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, implement, and optimize our cloud-native environment while partnering closely with development, security, and operations teams. You will also work on MSSQL Server migrations. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy, improving system performance, and delivering secure, highly available solutions that support a fast-growing FinTech organization.A Day in the LifeAs a Senior DevOps Engineer with MSSQL Server migration experience, you'll spend your day solving complex technical challenges, improving platform reliability, and building automation that helps teams move faster and more securely. You'll collaborate with developers, security professionals, and infrastructure teams to support cloud platforms, optimize Kubernetes environments, and drive continuous improvement across our DevOps ecosystem.What You'll Be DoingDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWSBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software deliveryDeploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and high availabilityDevelop and maintain Helm charts for containerized application deploymentsManage and support production Kafka environmentsPartner with development teams to improve application reliability, security, and performanceCollaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirementsMonitor system health and performance, identifying opportunities for optimizationAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processesLead technical initiatives and recommend platform improvements and architectural enhancementsDefine and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, performing root cause analysisEvaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and platform reliabilityCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational proceduresWhat Makes You a Great Fit5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise IT environmentsStrong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route53, KMS, and Secrets ManagerExperience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters in production environmentsProficiency creating and maintaining Helm chartsExperience supporting and administering Kafka clustersRecent experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience managing MSSQL Server and performing database migrationsExperience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in production environmentsSolid understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid cloud architecturesExperience working within Agile software development teamsStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skillsAbility to create and maintain clear technical documentationExcellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAWS or related cloud certifications are highly desirableEagerness to continuously learn and expand technical expertiseHigh level of integrity, accountability, and ownershipApply TodayApply now and take the next step in your career.
