Copper Ridge Health and Rehab - Job Title: Healthcare Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Copper Ridge Health & RehabEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryCopper Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support and maintain facility census through strategic outreach and community engagement.This role focuses exclusively on marketing and business development , working in collaboration with the in-house Admissions Coordinator. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-directed, and skilled at building strong professional relationships across healthcare and community networks.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & OutreachDevelop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sourcesConduct routine in-person visits to referral partners to promote facility servicesRepresent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunitiesIdentify and pursue new referral opportunities to support census growthRelationship ManagementServe as the primary external liaison for community partners and referral sourcesMaintain regular communication and follow-up with key accountsCollaborate closely with the Admissions Coordinator to align marketing efforts with admissions activityStrategic GrowthMonitor referral trends and adjust outreach strategies accordinglySupport initiatives aimed at maintaining and growing facility censusTrack outreach efforts and maintain documentation of contacts and activitiesTravel RequirementsRegular local travel requiredOccasional travel across the state for outreach, networking, and relationship-building with community partnersQualificationsExperience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable with frequent travel and in-person outreachValid driver's license requiredPreferred ExperienceSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or hospital experienceEstablished relationships within healthcare or community networksUnderstanding of post-acute care servicesKey Performance ExpectationCensus maintenance and growth will be a primary measure of success in this roleSalary: Base salary starting at $70,000; $100,000k+ with bonus potentialBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
