We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud, cybersecurity, and program management.Responsibilities•Provide technical leadership and mentoring, perform peer code reviews, and ensure the ServiceNow team follows software development best-practices• Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow platform technologies to customers and stakeholders• Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage ServiceNow best practices and effectively integrate ServiceNow into the enterprise infrastructure• Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs that represent actionable development tasks• Maintain production instance reliability through utilization of Change and Configuration Management processes• Serve as ServiceNow Release Manager providing final technical review before release into Production• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application• Collaborate with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades• Oversee major version upgrades• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces and any other configurations required to support client processesQualifications• At least five years of experience of increasing responsibility managing a ServiceNow environment• At least five years of experience serving as lead technical architect in a comparable Agile development environment• At least 2 years’ experience driving design of new products with senior level stakeholders• Experience with implementation of Service Now core platform functions, ITSM processes, and custom development• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Project & Portfolio Suite, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management, and Performance Analytics• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to achieve division goals•BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT discipline•Additional four years of related professional IT experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degreePreferred Certifications• ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD)• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management or other similar• ServiceNow certification• ITIL or comparable IT Service Management (ITSM) certification
