Our client is one of the world's largest investment management companies, managing close to $2 trillion in assets and headquartered in Southern California. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the first engagement at the client's offices in Irvine, CA as part of a full-scale technology upgrade.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with business teams, analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate daily with developers, designers, and IT teams across the full delivery lifecycle
- Develop and present recommendations based on analysis of current solutions
- Participate in design and code peer reviews, unit testing, and functional enhancements
- Identify areas for code refactoring and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Offer well-defended solutions to solve process and project challenges
- Produce clear technical design documents for both client-facing and internal audiences
- Must have
- Frontend 6+ years of experience with TypeScript 5+ years working with Vue 35+ years of experience with Vitest or Jest-style testing 5+ years using Pinia or similar state management solutions
- Experience with Module Federation
- Component testing familiarity
- Backend 6+ years with Python 3.10+5+ years working with GraphQL (Graphene or similar)5+ years applying domain-driven design, service layer patterns, and domain modeling
- Cloud & Infrastructure 5+ years working with AWS, AWS CDK/Terraform, AWS Glue, and Datadog
