Position Overview: As a Hospitalist with us, you will play a crucial role in the medical management of inpatients, working closely with orthopedic surgeons and other specialists. This Day Shift position allows you to collaborate with a team of Advanced Practice Providers and contribute to intra-disciplinary care planning activities. Responsibilities: Provide medical management for inpatients in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons. Assess patients for pre-operative clearance when necessary. Oversee and collaborate with a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers. Participate in intra-disciplinary care planning activities to ensure comprehensive patient care. Day shift responsibilities with night and weekend call duties shared with APPs. Engage in a supportive and collaborative hospital leadership structure in partnership with physician leadership.
