Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met at every step. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations will be essential in maintaining smooth manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
Assemble components and parts accurately using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and work instructions
Operate machinery such as forklifts to move materials safely within the manufacturing facility
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in the manufacturing environment
Conduct quality inspections during assembly to identify defects or issues early in the process
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets and deadlines
Maintain proper documentation of work performed, including logs of assembled units and any issues encountered
Assist in warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, and preparing materials for assembly as needed
Skills
Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility with assembly line operations
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
Warehouse experience, including operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work collaboratively within a team
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure precise assembly
Knowledge of safety procedures related to factory environments and equipment operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
