Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator, Talent AcquisitionLocation: Fort Worth, TX (76155)Duration: 6 months (Potential to extend)Pay Rate: $18.57/hr. on W2Job Description:Partner with multiple hiring managers to understand their staffing needsTravel to domestic locations to attend hiring events multiple times a month, sometimes on weekendsConduct thorough intake sessions, clarifying staffing needs and responsibilities, and ensuring job descriptions reflect accurate knowledge, skills and abilities required.Proactively source talent, using various techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking resources.Acts as a resource to hiring managers on conducting behavioral interviewing, and facilitates selection process and discussion, in order to ensure effective, legal interviewingpractices.Manages positive internal and external applicant experience throughout the recruitment process.Influences overall hiring process to achieve timeliness and agreementsResponds to talent acquisition needs and inquiries from business leaders, hiring managers, TA leadership, etc.Provide hiring manager accurate and timely update on applicant activity, tracks talent acquisition metrics and reports trends and issues to TA leadership, providingrecommendations for improvementMaintains up-to-date applicant records in the applicant tracking system for accurate reporting and analysisMaintains strong cross functional partnerships with business, hiring managers and other talent acquisition functionsClosely collaborate with third party vendors involved in hiring to provide guidance and/or clarification on union contracts, validation of pay scales, follow-up on requisitionstatuses, and process approvalsConducts recurrent business calls with leaders to discuss high-volume hiring, including strategy and updatesMaintains strong cross functional partnerships with Legal, Labor team, and other stakeholders in the recruiting process.Top 3 to 5 Skills:One year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative roleExperience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requestsExperience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)Experience handling confidential information with utmost careCustomer service experienceAirline experience nice to haveMinimum Qualifications: Education& Prior Job Experience:High School Diploma or GEDOne year in a recruitment coordinator or similar administrative rolePreferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job ExperienceExperience managing complex meeting/interview scheduling requestsExperience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.)Experience with large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emailsExperience handling confidential information with utmost careCustomer service experienceSkills, Licenses & Certifications:Knowledge of recruiting and/or HR processesKnowledge in Microsoft Office Suite experience; PowerPoint, Excel and WordAbility to work well under pressure and highly self-motivatedAbility to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to collaborate in a team environment and work with partners in different locationsAbility to remain professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills customer focusedAbility to tolerate ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressureKnowledge in time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignmentsStrong attention to detailAbout ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
