Job SummarySupport the Account Team in delivering reliable retail static and mobile engineering services and 3rd Party Outsourcing operations to Corporate Real Estate Client across multiple locations. Drive client satisfaction through proactive vendor management, operational excellence, and strategic relationship building while maintaining 95%+ service delivery standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Partner with key client representatives to support JLL and client corporate real estate goals and objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesVendor and Operations ManagementManage Pittsburgh, PA-based 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program with direct oversight of four (4) outsourcing representativesDeliver comprehensive services to remote retail locations including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance operationsMonitor 3rd Party Service Agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standardsSystems and Technology OversightOversee account platforms and work order management systemsManage preventative maintenance scheduling and compliance trackingAdminister access control systems across all locationsMonitor and optimize service agreement performance metricsSafety and ComplianceEnforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practicesMaintain adherence to Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards and quality benchmarksCollaboration and InnovationDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account teamDrive development and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) best practicesIdentify and execute process innovations to improve service delivery and client satisfactionParticipate in strategic planning sessions and continuous improvement initiativesJob QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field requiredExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacityDemonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programsProven track record in multi-site facilities operationsTechnical SkillsBasic to intermediate knowledge of facility/property management operationsWorking knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance support servicesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with facilities management software systems and CMMS platformsCore CompetenciesExcellent customer service orientation and client relationship managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective managerial and leadership capabilitiesAbility to multi-task and organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectivesProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsBudget oversight and cost managementKey Performance IndicatorsLeadership and performance of Outsourcing Team Client satisfaction scores (target: 95%+)Vendor performance and SLA compliance ratesWork order completion time and quality metricsBudget adherence and cost optimization
