Currently, we are actively hiring a Sales Representative Commercial, Building Services & Construction based in Nashville/Memphis, TN.The Sales Representative Commercial, Building Services & Construction is responsible for selling temporary solutions and services, with a focus on General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Mechanical, Facility Management, Restoration contractors, and other sectors within the Nashville market.What You'll Do:Establish a commercial customer base for promoting and soliciting new business.Develop and achieve an Annual Territory Sales Plan with revenue and market growth targets.Quote prices, contract terms, delivery dates, and credit terms to customers.Display or demonstrate product features.Prepare reports of business transactions and expense accountsCoordinate with Rental Center operations for sales contracts and documentation.Coordinate customer and project specs with internal operational personnel.Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications.Achieve significant improvements in business resultsPossess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.Requirements:3-5 years of direct business-to-business sales experienceAdvanced knowledge of the targeted territoryProficiency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)Bachelor's degree or relevant experienceScreening Questions:Are you a hunter or farmer?
