We're very keen on social impact - we truly care about everyone on our team, and we want to make a better place for all of us.In your day-to-day, you willDevelop and deploy MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable secure data access for agentic AI systemsBuild AI agents and multi-actor workflows using LangGraph for enterprise process automationImplement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases (Qdrant, Supabase/PostgreSQL) for document retrieval and knowledge managementIntegrate open-source AI platforms (Ollama, Hugging Face models, LangChain ecosystem) into production environmentsDesign and maintain intelligent automation workflows using n8n for event-driven integrations and API orchestrationManage containerized deployments with Docker and implement CI/CD practices for scalable AI infrastructureWork with observability and monitoring tools (Langfuse, Grafana) to track AI system performance, costs, and qualityCollaborate with IT operations teams to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Redis, event management platforms)Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain direct communication with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needsSkills you have 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience with production deploymentsStrong Python programming skills with experience in AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar)Experience with open-source LLMs and AI platforms (Ollama, Hugging Face, OpenRouter, or similar model hosting/orchestration)Practical knowledge of RAG architectures including document ingestion, embedding generation, vector search, and retrieval strategiesSQL and NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Supabase)Docker containerization and basic DevOps/MLOps practicesAPI development and integration (FastAPI, REST APIs, webhook handling)Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) with tools like JIRAAdvanced English (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with US-based teamsSkills that will make you stand out MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development or integration experienceKnowledge of observability tools for LLM applications (Langfuse, LangSmith, Arize, or similar)Background in low-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CDPrevious work in telecommunications, broadband, or infrastructure-heavy industriesContributions to open-source AI projects or published technical content
