Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Manager and Assistant Managers for our Greater Philadelphia area. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the facility. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team members, providing excellent customer service, resolving member concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Operations Manager will also assist in overseeing inventory, coordinating with third-party vendors, and maintaining an optimal environment for member satisfaction and success. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including scheduling and supervising staff, and recruitingCustomer service expertise, with the ability to resolve concerns professionally and effectivelyFacility management experience, including maintenance, operational oversight, and complianceAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with members and staffExperience in the fitness or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Science, or a related field is advantageous
