Production Lead 2nd Shift

Connect Staffing is hiring a Production Lead for an aluminum forging manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA. This is a temp-to-hire second-shift position paying $20$25/hr, with approximately 8 hours of overtime per week. In this role, you will work alongside production employees on the floor directing daily work activities, keeping production flow on schedule, and training new team members on tools, equipment, and processes. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday evenings into early morning, with Friday afternoons and occasional Saturdays.
