About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager based in Boston to help us scale our high-impact teams. You will be the key driver in finding and attracting top-tier talent across Biomedicine, AI, and Robotics to support our global growth.What You’ll DoExecute Executive Search: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles (Biotech, R&D, AI, and Management).Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and engage with high-potential candidates through LinkedIn and local industry networks.Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's pain points and design effective hiring strategies.Market Insights: Keep a pulse on the Boston talent market, providing feedback on salary trends and talent availability.Optimize Process: Improve our local hiring workflow to ensure a great candidate experience and high efficiency.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).Industry Focus: Experience in the Biotech/Biomedicine industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with AI or Robotics is a huge plus.Local Expertise: Deep understanding of the Boston/Cambridge talent ecosystem.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to "sell" our vision to high-end candidates.Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is a significant plus (to coordinate with our global headquarters).
