Caregiver - PRN every other weekend

Essential Functions:Demonstrated compassionate, patient with a strong customer service focus Ability to show tactful compassion in high stress and emotional situations Demonstrate an appreciation of heritage values, and wisdom of residents and understand the aging process. Conduct self in a professional manner in compliance with facility policies Work utilizing guidelines established by Lighthouse Senior Living policies and procedures. Provide care as directed by the nurse or designee to residents residing in the facility. Observe and report changes in residents' condition both physically and emotionally. Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Maintain knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance, and use. Report observations related to resident care per facility standard.
