Operations & Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of AION. This individual will play a critical role in scaling our device logistics, managing vendor relationships, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operational growth.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can operate across logistics, inventory, and supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Operations & LogisticsManage end-to-end device logistics including procurement, kitting, distribution, and returnsCoordinate shipments to clinics, distributors and direct-to-patient programsOptimize fulfillment workflows to support rapid scaling across multiple geographiesMonitor operational KPIs (order accuracy, delivery timelines, device utilization)Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory tracking across warehouses, distributors, and internal systemsImplement and manage inventory control processes (cycle counts, reconciliation, forecasting)Partner with finance on inventory valuation and reportingPrevent stockouts and overstock through proactive planningVendor & Supply Chain ManagementManage relationships with key vendors including manufacturers, logistics providers, and component suppliersTrack vendor performance (quality, cost, delivery timelines)Support sourcing and onboarding of new vendors as we scaleEnsure vendors meet AION’s operational and quality expectationsOperational Performance & ScalingDevelop and refine operational processes to support rapid growthIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutionsSupport expansion into new sites, regions, and distribution modelsQualifications:Required3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within healthcare, medical device, or a related industryExperience with inventory management systems and operational tracking toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onComfort working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentPreferredExperience supporting device distribution at scale (clinics, distributors, or direct-to-patient)Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems (e.g., MRPEasy, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)Startup or high-growth company experienceWhat Success Looks LikeSeamless, scalable logistics supporting thousands of patientsAccurate, real-time visibility into inventory across all channelsStrong vendor performance and cost controlEfficient, repeatable operational workflowsWhy This Role MattersThis role sits at the core of AION’s ability to scale operationally.
