Role Requirements for a Junior Account Coordinator Chat with Fort Myers customers to present the latest AT&T smartphones and data plans that fit their specific mobile account needs. Support senior Account Coordinators by preparing the account documentation and plan comparison guides required for a successful sale. Coordinate follow-ups to confirm satisfaction with their new AT&T device and highlight relevant account upgrades or protection plans. Maintain precise records of all sales activity and customer preferences to keep our Lee County account management organized and professional. Provide a welcoming presence during sales visits by explaining the simple, everyday benefits of AT&Ts premier wireless sales offers. Qualities of a Junior Account Coordinator High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in account coordination or sales is a bonus, but not required.
