Ar SpecialistLocation: Bend, ORPay: $26/hr.Why Work Here?More than 1 bonus each year401K 3% matchEntire dental/medical/ and Vision they pay 100%3-month temp time is included, and they get benefits immediatelyPTO11 days of paid holidaysWhat You NeedRecent accounting experienceFamiliar with Excel (Basic Spreadsheets)DescriptionManage assigned accounts to maintain acceptable levels of delinquency, balances, and chargebacks as defined by the AR Dashboard and other metrics as establishedAccurately apply cash receipts in compliance with customer’s remittance advice and in accordance with company policyDemonstrate problem-solving ability while researching disputes to resolve payment discrepancies.Charges back to customers, makes AR adjustments, issues or coordinates the issuance of credit memos as necessary to resolve disputesIdentify delinquent receivables using AR Dashboard and other tools as provided.
