Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Improvement Sciences Directorate. This role supports Navy Medicine's mission to improve operational readiness through standardized process improvement, project execution, and data-driven decision-making across geographically distributed commands. The Process Improvement Analyst- Black Belt will execute Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, support project delivery, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies across commands with varying levels of Improvement Sciences maturity. This position follows a hybrid delivery model with approximately 60 percent onsite support at the Naval Medical Forces Atlantic (NMFL) , Portsmouth, VA, and 40 percent virtual. Location: Portsmouth, VA (Hybrid) Clearance: DoD Active Secret (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, CPI, or Lean Six SigmaDemonstrated experience applying CPI/Lean Six Sigma within healthcare environmentsCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with evidence of continuous practice since certificationExperience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all elements of the ASQ Body of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent framework (e.g., NCQA)Experience working in multi-site or distributed operational environmentsActive DoD Secret Clearance Requirements Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting DHA, BUMED, or military healthcare programsExperience mentoring and certifying Black Belts and Green BeltsFamiliarity with GRGB or Continuous Process Improvement frameworksExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization toolsExperience supporting SharePoint or knowledge management platforms Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Lean Six Sigma initiatives using DMAIC methodologyConduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow redesignCollect, analyze, and interpret data to support improvement initiativesDevelop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metricsSupport project planning, scheduling, and execution activitiesPrepare reports, briefings, and documentation for leadershipFacilitate improvement workshops and stakeholder sessionsSupport sustainment through control plans and performance monitoringContribute to knowledge management systems including SharePoint Benefits: At Red Pulley Technology Solutions, we invest in our people so they can deliver exceptional results in support of critical missions.
