Customer Experience Representative – Domestic

We are looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite opportunity in the northwest St. Louis metro area works Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and manufacturing-related customer service experience who wants to grow within a dynamic organization. The Domestic Customer Experience Representative will work closely with customers handling catalog orders, product inquiries, and account support in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess catalog orders and assist customers with product selection and order supportRespond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order updates, and account informationCoordinate internally with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillmentMaintain detailed customer records and ensure timely follow-up on requests and concernsQualifications2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environmentStrong computer and data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to navigate product catalogs and identify correct parts or materialsProfessional communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizationSalary: $42,000
