In this role, you will communicate with our railroad customers across North America to identify their needs, process requests, escalate problems, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, has a positive attitude, driven, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities Receive a high volume of emails Handle inbound callsHandle quote and project bid requestsAcknowledge and respond to Customers and Business Partners in a timely fashionHelp identify correct product for customers projectWork with service team on product repairs, work in progress and billingsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communicationQuick Thinking and Resolution DrivenQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred Comfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and written communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
