CGP: Accounting Manager- LN Concerts

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our client in the entertainment industry. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $50 per hour. Job Description: Supervise and oversee month-end closing responsibilities as delegated, which includes the preparation, examination, and finalization of general ledger entries, as well as the analysis of corporate Balance Sheet and P&L reports. Review submissions during the closing period and assist in consolidating monthly and quarterly reporting packages at the conclusion of each fiscal period. Create various schedules for balance sheets intended for use by senior management during the review of monthly and quarterly financial statements. Conduct comprehensive assessments of regional and/or divisional balance sheets, providing accounting guidance as needed. Play a role in managing the central accounting team, ensuring alignment with the company's policies and objectives. Ensure the timely, accurate, and reliable preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and the company's internal procedures/policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Collaborate with both external and internal auditors employed by the company.
