Customer Service Representative- Kalamazoo, MISure, you could provide administrative support to lots of companies, but how much more fun would it be while dealing with beer, wine and spirits? Our Customer Service Representatives build as many reports as they do relationships with our customers and sales reps around the state!Eat. Sleep. Greet. Repeat: Our Customer Service Representatives manage all incoming calls, greet visitors, build and run multiple reports, and update data in our company software while providing support to our Sales team. This position requires strong communication skills and will work from our Kalamazoo headquarters Monday-Fridays from 9am-6pm.Like a fine wine, Imperial Beverage has been getting better with age since 1933.
