As filming and eventing with our founder is a critical aspect to this role, we are prioritizing candidates in the Los Angeles area.Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day planning and execution of our social media strategy including scheduling, posting and community managing on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin and other emerging social platformsLead engagement strategy to drive increased following, community building and reach for the KORA brandAct as community manager across all platforms, actively supporting our community both on our pages as well as theirs to build long-term relationships with ambassadors and partnersBuild and oversee content calendar across key marketing stories within the 360 wheel with an emphasis on social and blog, The Organic EditBrief all social assets to creative team and partner with Art Director on content creationOwn brand voice across marketing channels for KORA Organics, inclusive of copywriting and copyediting across channels, including but not limited to social, digital and retailManage influencer outreach and content briefing with our agency of record and manage product seeding and gifting thereinLead onsite filming with our founder, Miranda Kerr, in support of KORA-related content needs for social, digital and retailSupport marketing team in onsite eventing for PR, influencer and retail needsAnalyze and deliver analytics reports to Marketing Director and CMO with an emphasis on optimizing in real time to deliver on KPIsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes: Strong understanding and passion for ever-evolving social media landscape with an emphasis on Instagram and TiktokComfort self-shooting and filming content within the lens of the KORA brandOptimization and analytical mindset to grow our channelsExperience in beauty, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brandsExcellent multitasking and time management skills Team player, living into our positively present and uplifting cultureGreat interpersonal and communication skills Desire to work in fast-paced, privately funded startup environmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years in social media management and content creationStrong copywriting and copy-editing skillsPhotography and videography skills as related to social mediaIn-depth knowledge of leading social media platforms and their ever-changing best practicesProficient in social analytics and reporting tools.
