Assistant Manager, Global Marketing

Overview: The Assistant Manager, Global Marketing will support the Global Marketing team in the development and activation of global consumer engagement strategy and will report to the Executive Director, Global Marketing. Details:This role is temporary starting ASAP lasting until end of September. Ideally, this individual will operate off a hybrid schedule on-site in the brand's offices located in Irvine, CA however we are open to considering fully remote candidates if they can flex to working within PST. The hours are full time Monday-Friday.Responsibilities:Support Global Marketing team on annual planning, launch support, activations for newness and commercial innovationResponsible for updating annual global marketing activations calendarWork cross-functionally to ideate and realize with total global marketing team the 360 brand initiatives with multi-channel engagementsOwn creative briefs and adaptations for marketing needs with creative team Develop brand presentations to support brand initiatives and consumer engagement plans. Liaises with creative department to ensure timely receipt of assetsManage ACL checklist process with regions/is the day-to-day contact with regions on ACL Is the day-to-day contact and liaison between creative and the regions on PDP assets including understanding best-in-class practices and regional needs and communicating where global marketing/creative can or can’t support those needsOwning global consumer review sampling programs such as InfluensterPerform any competitive analysis needed to ensure Too Faced is best in class in a consistently changing landscapeFirst point of contact for regions on their consumer engagement briefs to the global marketing team, acting as a resource to ensure any local campaigns where global support is needed is happeningQualifications: Agile & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the capacity to pivot seamlessly as business needs change and evolve.Beauty Industry Knowledge/Passion: Prior professional experience in the beauty industry is highly ideal; otherwise, a strong personal interest, enthusiasm, and deep passion for the beauty space is required.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for regional, creative, and global marketing teams.Project Management & Organization: Strong organizational skills with experience managing creative briefs, timelines (such as asset delivery and ACL checklists), and global consumer sampling programs.Communication & Presentation Skills: Proven experience developing compelling brand presentations and communicating regional or multi-channel needs clearly to various stakeholders.Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to perform competitive and market analysis to identify trends and ensure the brand remains best-in-class in a rapidly shifting landscape.
