American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier paper manufacturing facility in Woodland, WA to hire full-time Packaging Workers. With day, swing, and graveyard openings, we have a shift that works for you! Description for Packaging Worker:Inspect paper product quality across assigned high-volume production lines.Perform final quality checks on finished products following the machine operator's lead.Consistently lift, move, and stack production boxes at or above shoulder height.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace on the manufacturing floor. Details for Packaging Worker:Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour.Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Shifts vary.Shift Hours: 6:45am-3:15pm (Day) | 2:45pm-11:15pm (Swing) | 10:45pm-7:15am (Grave).Location: Woodland, WA. Requirements for Packaging Worker:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.Must pass the company's general operational aptitude test.Ability to consistently lift 30-50 lbs and stack materials above the shoulder.Punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a busy production environment.
