Design, develop, enhance, and supportOracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM)solutions, ensuring stable and efficient operation ofmanufacturing, inventory, and SCM processes , while adhering to established technical standards and business requirements. They should also enhance, implement and support custom Oracle EBS extensions in operations and SCM modules.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain technical solutions for Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, BOM, WIP and PurchasingBuild and enhance EBS customizations using PL/SQL, Forms, BI Publisher Reports, and Concurrent ProgramsDevelop and support inbound and outbound interfaces to integrate EBS with custom warehouse systems, and external applicationsPerform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning for high-volume transactional processesPerform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for EBS applicationSupport shop floor and manufacturing execution processes within EBSAssist with deployments, cutovers, and post-release stabilizationSupport EBS patches, bug fixes, and technical remediation activitiesProvide L2/L3 support for EBS SCM production issuesAnalyze root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring issuesCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed components, integrations, and support proceduresParticipate in code reviews and design walkthroughs, providing constructive technical feedbackFollow established development standards, security guidelines, and deployment processesCollaborate closely with functional analysts, QA teams, and integration partners to deliver high-quality solutions.Assist in knowledge transfer and peer reviews as neededStrong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to functional, operations, and business stakeholdersAbility to work calmly and effectively in high-pressure shop floor and production-support situationsProactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsSkills & QualificationsRequired Technical SkillsHands-on experience withOracle EBS SCM modules(Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing)Strong proficiency inPL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher Reports, and Concurrent ProgramsExperience developingEBS interfacesand integrationsStrong SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure toOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)or middleware toolsExperience inmanufacturing or distribution environmentsPrior experience inEBS-Fusion coexistencelandscapesEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience5+ yearsof overall ERP or enterprise application development experience
