Technical Project Manager & Data Architect

Technical Project ManagerHelp with a large contact center platform migration. Ideally, a good communicator with experience in large enterprise projects, data warehousing, technical documentation, and project management and/or data architecture. Contact center tech experience, particularly Genesys, is a plus. An experienced technical project manager and data architect to manage the business data and reporting needs of a large contact center platform migration project. Work closely with other cross-functional teams to deliver data and reporting design, documentation, change coordination, and testing during the migration of its contact center platform which is shared with other business units.
